Physio Support accepts the return and replacement of its products in one of the following conditions :
- If, by our company’s fault, you received a product different than the one you have ordered.
- If you received a defective product (concerning its function or quality), as long as there is product guarantee by the manufacturer.
- In case the product or its package is damaged during the shipment (this term is valid for orders that have been delivered by our company’s transport service).
In all the above mentioned cases, the customer has the right to return the product within 15 calendar days, since the day he received his order.
For the product to be replaced, it is necessary that we receive the product to its initial state & package, too. The product has to be accompanied by the relevant invoice.
In case the product has been shipped in a region other than Attica, please contact us for further information about the returning procedure.
15 days after the purchase, our company preserves the right not to accept the return or replacement of a product.
