The company can preserve as well as edit a file of visitors’ personal data that are being willingly entered in the webpage by the users. The editing of users’ personal data is always regulated by the GDPR. The users of the webpage are aware of our policy, concerning the use of their personal data for the purposes they submit them. In addition they accept our policy when they visit the website. In any case, every user that registers in our webpage has all the rights for his personal data such as the right to access his account as well as the right to object.

The company’s clients accept the aforementioned when they visit the website. The only receiver of the users’ personal data is the company as well as all the entities that the company is obliged to inform, according to the law.

The company also has the right to ask for a compensation from the user in case it is impacted by the visitor’s illegal use of personal data. Furthermore, the company has the right not to give a password to the user, to invalidate the password given or to terminate the provided services for the user in case he violates the current terms of use.

The Cookie is a small piece of data sent to the client’s browser by a server. This piece of data is stored in the hard drive of the client’s PC. Due to the  peculiarity of physiosupport.gr (webstore), personal information is required in order to ship and deliver our products to the client’s address. This kind of information is neither familiar to other people or used for any other reason than the aforementioned. Especially, physiosupport.gr and the clients agree in the following terms :

The client has also the right to object and correct his personal data as well as the right to recall his permission for his personal data editing, according to the law.

D) Physiosupport.gr takes all the proper measures in order to keep users’  personal data confidential, according to the current legislation. However physiosupport.gr cannot guarantee the security of the data transmitted via the web since the security of those information is not achieved with the help of specific security measures dominated by the law. The company also has no responsibility for any possible damage caused to the user by his access to the web.

Ε) For any possible differences  occur between the clients or between clients and third parties due to messages, data or personal information transported by physiosupport.gr, the company declares that any possible removal of confidentiality is allowed according to the law. The aforementioned terms are regulated by the Greek law, by the resolutions of the government institutionalized body as well as by the current legislation.

APPLICABLE LAW -  JURISDICTION - PROVISIONS

The current terms & conditions are regulated by the greek law, by the provisions and rules of the European  law as well as the international provisions. Invalidity of a specific term of this policy does not apply to all terms & conditions.

Any delinquency of exercising a specific right or a specific term by the company does not suggest a renunciation from that.

The court of Athens is in charge of resolving any possible disagreement resulting by this text.
